Job Description:
Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and their patient charges, accounts receivable, and monthly financial performance.

Duties: |
Responsibilities:
Assurance of normalized information exchange between PMG Billing Client and PMG Data Entry.
o Receipt of charges and payments by PMG Data Entry in accordance with expectations (e.g., daily, twice weekly depending on the client).
o Daily response to PMG Data Entry regarding billing operational issues which PMG Data Entry cannot resolve independently.
o Liaison between PMG Data Entry and PMG Billing Client.
o QA of PMG Data Entry production at no more than 10% of total workload unless error rate exceeds 3%.
Monitor progression of charges and payments thru the month to keep on track per client stats.
Oversee all returned items between Client and PMG Data Entry primarily for information exchange but also to seek avoidable trends.
Maintenance and record keeping of weekly conference call between PMG and Clinic Management (C-level in attendance or copied on notes via email) to address outstanding operational issues and concerns which are negatively impacting maintenance of normalized cash flow.
Responsible for inbound patient and client phone calls.
Other duties as needed.

Qualifications: |
Minimum Job Qualifications
Education/Training Associates and/or Bachelors Degree (Accounting) a plus.
Business Experience Requires at least 3+ years of experience in healthcare billing and direct client interaction.
Specialized Knowledge/Skills
Must be able to communicate effectively through written and verbal communications.
Must be organized.
Must be able to perform intermediate math.
Must be flexible in accepting and carrying out work assignments. Must have strong attention to detail.
Must be able to work as part of a team.
Must be able to deal with frequent interruptions.
Must have knowledge of keyboarding and Windows Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Must have knowledge of Medical Billing software.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a big plus.
