The Help Desk Analyst is a Tier 1 Position dedicated to efficient handling of incoming IT related client support issues via e-mail and phone calls in a fast-paced work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a customer oriented, positive attitude who is looking to further their career in the growing field of Healthcare IT.

Qualifications: |
The desired candidate will have knowledge of Windows Server, Windows XP/7 Installation & troubleshooting, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, basic networking (WIFI/LAN), PC hardware & troubleshooting. Candidate must have the following skills: the ability and desire to provide excellent customer service, excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects efficiently and excellent problem solving ability. The successful candidate must be a team player with a positive attitude and be able to work independently. Position requires individual to participate in monthly On-Call rotation. Candidate must be willing to travel to client sites on an as needed basis within the metro region including offices in IL.
The ideal candidates will posses 2-3 years of prior helpdesk experience. Candidate must be a self-starter with the technical knowledge to troubleshoot, diagnose and fix general PC issues and possess drive, determination and a desire to learn the IT business from the ground up.
