Duties: |
- Enter Patient Demographic and Charge Ticket (Superbill) data, review for completion and accuracy, submit claims (electronic & some paper) using custom medical billing software
- Locate, research, correct and respond to pended claims
- Professionally and effectively communicate with in-house billing staff, clients (doctors and their staff), patients, and insurance companies

Qualifications: |
- Experience in 3rd party claims and collections a must (Medicare, Medi-Cal, Private Insurances)
- Microsoft Word & Excel a plus
