| Responsible for implementing the Electronic Health Record system (NextGen) into Women’s Health Provider Group Practices. A strong understanding of an EHR with a background in teaching software applications to support client training and Go-Live implementation is essential. An understanding of physician workflow is necessary to assist divisions migrating to an electronic environment. |
Duties: |
1. Responsible for effectively educating Providers and staff on the EHR software.
2. Exercise independent judgment to organize and plan training sessions and to ensure each session is tailored to the individual division needs in respect to their practice workflow and procedures.
3. Communicate any issues/problems to the Project Manager to promptly and effectively address concerns.
4. Participate or present product demonstrations for provider/ staff as a means of relieving any fear or anxiety prior to implementation.
5. Assist in testing and evaluation of new application upgrades and serve as a training resource for these upgrades.
6. Provide supplemental training and support to end users.
7. Assist with the development of educational material to be used in training.
8. Conduct post go-live surveys and report results to Project Manager

Qualifications: |
 EHR experience preferred
 Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
 Customer service support and attention to detail required.
 Experience in the Healthcare industry, specifically in clinical environment preferred.
 Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and interfaces required.
 Knowledge of Electronic Health Record applications preferred.
 Prior experience in software training or education preferred.
 Excellent organizational skills
 Ability to manage classes of all sizes.
 Ability to be self-sufficient
