Billing and Coding Instructor

Description:

Living Arts Institute@School of Communication Arts, an accredited college located in Winston-Salem, is looking for a full-time Medical Instructor. Qualified applicants must:

1) Be a CPC (Certified Professional Coder, NCICS (Nationally Certified Insurance Coding Specialist), or hold some other recognized coding certification and have graduated from an accredited college or university with have 3 years practical work experience, or
2) Be a CPC, NCICS, or hold some other recognized coding certification with a Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university.
3) Teaching experience is preferred, but not required.
4) Student Focused

Hours for this position are: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 am – 2:30 pm, Fridays 8:00 am – 12:00 pm and two evenings per week from 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm.

Duties range from instructing classes & advising students to curriculum & textbook review.

Salary: Negotiable.
