| The Medical Account Specialist analyzes discrepancies in payments and works with team members, patients and insurance carrier representatives to resolve current issues and prevent future payment problems. |
Duties: |
| Responsibilities include prompt and thorough response to inquiries regarding patient accounts, posting payments and/or adjustments, reviewing and analyzing denials and outstanding accounts, responding to written correspondence in a timely manner, communicating with team members to ensure efficiency and accuracy in regard to all account processes. |
Qualifications: |
| The Account Specialist must have demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service, proven attention to detail, professional written and verbal communication abilities, demonstrated experience in understanding and complying with written policies and procedures. |
