Rapidly growing Medical Billing and Management Company is currently seeking a Billing Administrator in our Somerset, PA office location. The Billing Administrator will work closely with our office staff to ensure an efficient workflow, drive daily business goals, and meet overall company objectives. A successful candidate will be able to manager the employees in the department as well manage the clients/account that they are assigned. 

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Maintain attendance and punctuality for the employees that are assigned in their department. 
  • Follow the protocol and procedures that are described in the Manager's Guide Training (to be completed during the 90 Introductory period)
  • Identify and help develop employee talent. 
  • Evaluate employee performance in a timely manner (30,60,90 and 1 year)
  • Interact with hospital staff when necessary to gather and clarify information pertaining to their assigned client. 
  • Oversee daily operation of their assigned department with regards to workflow, productivity, time-management, performance, etc.
  • Monitor client performance and respond as necessary.
  • Prepare reports as required. 
  • Recognize and respect the confidential nature of the information processed. 
  • Perform other job-related duties as required. 

Qualifications and Work Experience: 

  • Medical Billing experience required. 
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years or equivalent experience as a manager or related job experience
  • Must have knowledge of the billing system.
  • Excellent computer skills 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
